Biography
I am a DPhil student in Genomic Medicine and Statistics at the University of Oxford, based at the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine in the Milne group. My research focuses on chromatin regulation and epigenetic mechanisms in leukemia, using machine learning to interpret multimodal genomic data. I combine DNA sequence modeling with methylation, histone, and transcription factor data to understand how chromatin states shape gene regulation in health and disease.
Before starting my doctorate, I worked as a bioinformatician at the MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences. I have a background in molecular biology and genomics, with strong experience in computational biology and data science.
